Mr Karim and Late Mrs Naseem Adbdulla kindly donated £5005 to buy chairs and tables for Brent Indian Association

The late Mrs Naseem Abdulla w/o Mr Karim addressing the elderly group members in March 2020 at a luncheon held in honour of Mr and Mrs Abdulla at BIA. Naseem praised the services provided at BIA and the selfless service provided by the Executive Committee and the local community members too. Born in S.Africa, Naseem met Karim at a function in Nairobi and it was love at first sight! They were married for 56 years before Naseem's untimely demise earlier this year from cancer. They have a daughter. Their early married life was spent in Mombasa, Kenya where Naseem was a proficient and well known hairdresser running her own salon "Doris". Mr Karim and his late wife have lived in Wembley since moving to the UK and have been staunch supporters of BIA. They donated much needed function chairs, tables and recently card players tables donated by Karim in memory of his wife, Naseem. Their support of BIA both past and present is greatly appreciated and their legacy will remain with us for many years to come. Naseem was also very active in the Ismaili Community and provided a regular, dedicated service throughout her life. Our warm wishes and appreciation with you always for being Friends of BIA.
